Good Control, well balanced, and very fast. Took me a bout 2 weeks to get used to control on the back hand. Forehand power and control is awesome.Rubber tackiness is very good, although rubber thickness and strength could use improvement. After playing only 2 times, the edges of rubber showed some fraying.
Inquired about the rubber problem with GoTableTennis.com and sent them pictures of the racket. They were very nice and sent me a brand new racket atno charge and let me keep the old one. I have not had a chance to try the new one yet to see if the rubber fraying is problamatic with this racket.

Received my paddle within excellent timeframe. When I got the paddle there was a slight defect in the rubber, but nothing that will harm during gameplay. The selling feature of this paddle for me was the fact that it had a rubber on it that was actually sold separately (Flextra).It's rated as an all around rubber that is good for beginners learning strokes.It also costs about twenty five dollars a sheet, making this paddle basically free.I am a recreational player and for me the trebuchet gives a lot of spin and a fair amount of control and speed.It is spinnier than what I used in the past, which was also a premade paddle.The rubber does fray some around the edges, but it hasn't affected play.I assume the rubber is replaceable so a user could possible upgrade to a better sheet when their skills improved, or even use different types of rubber on forehand and backhand.
As bought, the paddle is comfortable and easy to use.I have no idea how they come up with ratings for these things but if it was me doing the rating I would give it a higher rating on control than fifty and probably a lower rating on speed than one hundred.Remember though, I am not a club or tournament player.

If space or money is tight, or if you just don't want to get a fancy kid's table, this is a perfect table.It's lightweight, which is it's main drawback, as a kid can slide it around unintentionally.However, it's amazingly sturdy (we have it against the wall), and I suspect our daughter could stand on it without breaking it.The chairs are also very sturdy, evrything is built with really big posts and thick plastic, so it's tough.We didn't put that sticker on the side, so it looks a little better.There's a slight sloping lip (about an inch) around the edge that stops crayons or pencils from rolling off.It wipes clean and disassembles easily for storage or travel.Frankly, it seems pretty indestructable, andf my 19 m-o daughter loves it.
We bought this table and chairs set for our 2 year old son's birthday.We wanted a table his height where he could sit and enjoy a snack or play with playdoh, puzzles, or crayons.It is the perfect size and very sturdy.It fits neatly in a little corner of our small kitchen.Occasionally our son climbs on top of it, and it seems very stable.The chairs do slide on a tile floor, but we just keep the whole set up on a kitchen rug as much as possible.It's a great buy for the money, and clean up is so easy.I look forward to using outside in the future.

Other than the table being a different color, it is exactly the same table I purchased for my children. Now I have purchased it for my granddaughter and she enjoys sitting at it as much as her mother did. She puts her large teddy bear on the other chair while she colors or does a puzzle. The chairs are still as sturdy as before as they hold mommy, daddy, grandma, and grandpa. When we decided that we wanted to purchase a table for her, our first thought was to get the Little Tikes if it was still in circulation. When we discovered that it was, we looked no further and sent for it. The set came promptly and grandpa set it up in a flash. As we watch her play, we can still remember her mother, aunt, and uncle using their set. My daughter recalled the legs being green and the top was white with the same yellow chairs. Many manufacturers today cut corners on their products to save money but it does not appear that this item has changed in quality. Thanks for the memories Little Tikes both past and present!!

My one-year old little boy is too small for the chairs at the moment and also not yet able to hold a crayon properly to draw. So, I would have thought that the table wouldn't be much use to him at this stage. I would have been wrong. The table has become a bit of a "base station". He holds on to it and gravitates to it a lot. I use it to feed him snacks and he stands at the table and eats them, then takes his water sippy cup off the table to drink it. This was particularly useful when, due to medical reasons, I had a few days of not being able to lift him. That meant his high chair was out. I can see this table being more and more useful as time goes on. Although not recommended, I can sit on the chairs (136lbs) with no thought that I am in danger of a huge loss in dignity. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase.I also like that the table is square (with rounded edges).
Like another reviewer, I didn't put the stickers around the edge. I prefer it like that.
It should be noted that the instructions say not to disassemble the table once the legs are joined to the table top. I am glad I noticed this caveat as we move a lot and I might have done that had I not noticed.

My daughter received this table for Christmas at 16 mo's old. Just a week before, she had started making "table and chairs" out of everything. She loves it. It took a little work for her to figure out how to get onto the chairs since they're a little high for her (she's about 31" tall now). Within a week, though, she's managed a method for getting onto the chairs just fine. She's already got crayon on it and it cleans up fine. I'm happy that I don't have toworry about cleaning the paint right off like some of my friends wooden/painted tables.
The only negative I have is that I can't sit on the chairs. I'm an avg/petite size woman but the chairs only hold up to 70#....Luckily the table is low enough to be able to kneel at it pretty comfortably. Admittedly, the chairs would not make a comfortable fit for an adult anyway.

Summer Infant Super Seat
My parents got this instead of a Bumbo seat to keep at their house. It is very similar in shape and has a dense foam liner that feels like a Bumbo seat, but has a wider base made of hard plastic, and has a safety strap/buckle. The tray with attached toys is removable and can rotate. When kids grow, you can use this as a booster seat without the tray, with or without the foam liner in the seat, depending on the size the child. My son LOVED this product (5 months old), and was happy in there for much longer than his Bumbo seat. The attached toys were great, as he tends to just toss toys, and then be bored. He's too small for an exersaucer, but this was perfect. We got it at Babies R Us for less than a Bumbo seat and a tray. This is a good deal, and will last longer and have more applications than the competition.

My twins love this seat much better than the bumbo seat with a tray.They like the toys and there is a empty area for them to put their own toys.They sit in it much longer than the bumbo.Highly recommend.I got the summer infant super seat and I found it dangerous for my little daughter. There is a gap b/w the tray and the seat which is big enough for baby's little fingers. My daughter had her hands around the seat and as I was turning the tray her little fingers were getting caught it b/w the tray and the seat. I called their customer service line and they were not very helpful. After going back and forth they finally offered me a refund. I would not recommend this product and I think it should not be sold.
Alex Toys Magnetic Artist Easel
This easel was the hit of Christmas for my 18-month-old nephew.The adjustability of the trays, white board, and chalk board is terrific and I hope the easel will last long enough for him to use it for many, many years.The two trays are large and have very well-designed compartments.The paint tray holds four standard non-spill paint cups (from Melissa & Doug or various other brands) perfectly.The lowest height is perfect for an 18-month old.If your child can walk about, s/he is tall enough to use the easel.Assembling the easel was not difficult just took some time and I am glad I did it before Christmas.There were two real quality issues.The holes drilled into the legs are countersunk on the backside so that the screws slip in nicely.BUT one of the 4 legs had screws countersunk on the wrong side.Luckily I had a No. 10 countersink, but was worried about compromising the integrity of the leg by added drilling.Had I not had the tools, which are not common household tools, I would not have been able to put the esel together, and there would have been no present in time for Christmas.
The four legs you see are 6 pieces 2 sets of HALF legs joined by a hinge at the top and 4 lower legs that join to the upper leg (hope your screw holes are drilled correcly).Because the four legs are not single pieces, the easel is a wee bit rickety and I fearthat over time, with readjusting the height, the easel will become less sound nd a leg with break.
Also, the colorful plastic safety nuts are really bute, but not designed for long wear and frequent adjustability.The threading is just plastic no interior metal threads.One nut was not threaded well and so I used it on the least load-bearing part.I suppose I could find metal nuts when these wear out, but the colored ones are so cute and safer.
My nephew is not rough, but leaned on the trays to reach the top and he is young and experimental.He LOVED to paint brush in both hands going at the same time.Took a small taste or the red paint and also briefly experienced the feel of painting his leg before he discovered that he could make wonderful designs moving the paint on the paper around with his arms and eventually his face.It was great.He was not rough or destructive, just got his whole self into it.For that reason, I am worried that the legs in 2 pieces screwed together in the center and held with a plastic nut will not withstand the passionate way in which he paints.
An easel is an amazing toy for any child.S/he will share it with friends and other siblings.S/he may use it very often.An easel that is adjustable is intended to grow with your child (or children).And so it should be built solidly to last.An adjustable easel that does not make it long enough to need adjusting is pointless.This easel is made OK, just not as well as it should habe been.My easel growing up did not have a white board, was not adjustable, and not as amazingly cute, but it was TOUGH.You would need an axe to break it.
The chalk board is great I recommend getting a box of several-colored bright chunky chalk.Funny how very youg children who have never seen an easel know exactly what it is for.We were are all greatful for the chalkboard he wanted to paint all the time, so being able to guide him to the chalk came as a relief when we were not in the mood for a painted baby and the chalk is accessible to him at any time.He would wander by it, put a toy down, scribble a bit, experiment "drawing" with the eraser through his drawing, and then leave his masterpiece.He would be back in an hour.
All in all, I am thrilled.He loved to color and finger paint, but it was a project to get the supplies out at his age and required 100% supervision.He didn't think to ask to paint or draw the supplies were put away.With the easel (now in their kitchen) he can create whenever.And he does often picks up chalk as he walks by, scribbles carefully, and goas on his way.Art is so good for his creativity and mind and imagination and the easel makes it so much more accessible just a wonderful thing!
I recommend getting a large set (8 10) non-spill paint cups with lids.Theye have color-coded lids and you can pour pint in them and just reseal the cups so it is easy to set up and clean up.Several brushes with thick handles and bristles.Lots of chunky chalk and an eraser.LOTs of washable paint.Extra rolls of paper.I bought a set of Crayola paints, but they were gone quick the way he lays the paint on.I am thinking of buying the large jugs of paint.
OH the easel does not come with a floor mat as depicted, but a large garbage bag does the trick.But the paint washes off floors and everything else very easily anyway.
SO buy and set up well ahead of time in case you get the defects I found countersunk hole on wrong side and bad nut.Fixable, but you may need to get the tools and hardware to fix them,
The plastic screw caps have plastic threads unlike the Melissa and Doug easel with metal threads. The plastic threads strip very easily and we had to glue several cap back on after transporting the easel to my daughter's house. I don't know if we can find any caps to replace them; will see how long this easel last. It was the only easel with a magnetic white board. I emailed the company on Dec 26 and have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed in the caps, this easel may not last if we cannot replace the caps, if you don't need the magnetic white board buy the Melissa and Doug brand.

I purchased this easel for my 2 and 4 year olds for this past Christmas.The price is a bit steep for the quality.Some of the screws would not tighten so we had to find one that we had in the house to hold better.Another has fallen out since then so the chalkboard is not completed secure at this point.Also the bars that go on the sides are both for the right side so we had to put one backward which makes folding up the easel a bit awkward.I don't think the chalkboard is the best quality as the chalk does not show up very well.

I purchased this for my kid's birthday after carefully reviewing the different options on Amazon.It was the most expensive easel but the only one that combined white board, black board and magnetic board.
There are so many things wrong with this item that I returned it to Amazon after a few weeks.
Most of these issues are, in my opinion, related to poor product design.If ALEX TOYS goes back to the drawing board, literally, and fixes these design flaws, they could have a winner on their hands despite the higher price tag.
WOOD FRAME
The whole easel is made of untreated, unstained natural wood. This looked great on paper... but is a horrible idea: any kind of pen or chalk will write on it and the ink from even the most washable pens will stain the wood permanently.Within the first 3 days, the easel was covered in little color marks that are very upsetting considering the price paid.You may not care (after all, it's a drawing easel), but in my opinion this makes it look very dirty and cheap. A workaround could be to coat or stain the whole easel.
TRAYS
The easel comes with two trays: a blue and a red one. They are made of relatively sturdy plastic, but there are only two little holes on the red tray used to attach it to the frame and they are too close to the border.As a result, and unless your kid is old enough to never ever push downward on the dray, it's not a question of if, but just when it will break. Mine broke within the first 24 hours.
BLACK BOARD
Even after having seasoned the black board as indicated several times, I could still not get it to work properly.I'm not sure if it's because it's a low quality board, but the bottom line is that my kid never used it because no amount of chalk will make a drawing contrasted enough to visually stand out.
PAPER ROLL
There's a slit at the bottom of the white board to hold the paper from the roll in place . However, it's not flush with the board, which makes it almost impossible to drive the paper inside of it.I've tried four or five times, each time tearing the paper, then I gave up. This is the biggest defect in my opinion, and something so easy to redesign that it can only mean that ALEX TOYS hasn't tested their product in real conditions.
ASSEMBLY
Not complicated, but very time consuming and frustrating.Depending on the height at which you want to fix the white and black boards, you need to use different size bolts, and the user's manual does a terrible job at clarifying which ones to use.
BOTTOM LINE
I was willing to pay a higher price for a good looking, high quality easel. What a mistake... Ikea's easel (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50021076) is much simpler, much higher quality, doesn't require any assembly, has the same feature (except for the magnetic board) ... and only costs $14.99!

Well, I read some of the other reviews about the chalkboard side of this easel and I should have listened. The dry erase and paint side are AWESOME. I set up the paints/markers in the morning and my daughter enjoys it all day long. As for the chalkboard side, I did what the directions said and more. I used several pieces of chalk and rubbed them horizontially and vertically all over the board, then erased it with a paper towel. I repeated this process 3 times and it's still difficult to write on the board. The board does not grab the chalk. I even used 2 different brands of chalk. I'm thinking about painting it with black chalkboard paint to see if that will work.Save 34% Off

The tabletop was so fragile, the hinges were not in its place. The tabletop is out of balance, you cannot wash the dominoes. I really regret to have bought it. I mean you can love it from the picture but when you have it you really want your money back. I think Amazon shouldn't sale this bad-quality item.

Crayola Light Up Tracing Pad Pink
Using this as a light box to trace applique items for my quilts. Much less expensive than the light box sold to quilters and it works just as well!
The description now describes this as pink but when I purchased it , that was not advertised. I bought this for my son but when it arrived I quickly realized this was geared towards girls, I was thinking I might be able to get away with giving it to him till I opened it and all the tracing materials were princesses, castles and flowers and models to trace and pick out clothes for. The product looks cool and is a great concept but I had to return it :(

I gave this light up tracing pad for my daughter for her 5th birthday and she absolutely loves it!!! All her sisters are begging to use it too. What a great gift idea. I would recommend copying the original papers it comes with and keep them since they are just paper and I can see them getting lost or ruined. LIV Doll Sail Away Outfit
I love the design of the outfit and that is why I bought it, along with the shoes because it's hard to find shoes that fit Liv dolls. I knew the quality would be pretty bad when I saw it, but I figured I could deal with that. The fabric is like a thin rayon that is raveling. If you can get it for a few bucks, great, however if it's the price of a doll just leave it, you could sew something better.

Step2 Deluxe Canyon Road Train & Track Table
We purchased this for my 2 year old son.He absolutely loves this table.He had gotten some wooden tracks and everytime someone would set them up for him he would tear them all apart and we would spend the next 1/2 hour searching for them all just a nightmare! The best thing about this is everything is connected no mess to clean up.My son has some wooden Thomas trains and some Play Along Thomas trains (metal ones) the problem with having the two different kinds of trains is none of the tracks would be compatible for both sets however this table really has no tracks only roads with stickers that look like tracks making it virtually possible to fit any small vehicle including hot wheels. My son has spent numerous hours everyday playing with this.The only time the lid goes on is after he goes to bed when I pick up his toys.I like that now I can store all his 50 some Thomas trains inside. Harold the Helicopter even has his own sticker landing pad. This was very easy to put together took at the most 10 minutes. The hardest part was my 2 year old son was standing next to me and when I was trying to put the decals on and was having the trains race at the same time. This table set has one bad thing and that is the little train and cars that came with my table were very cheap and arrived with wheels broken off one and a little windshield broken off of another this could create a choking hazard for little ones. I threw them all away! I did get a pamphlet to register my product with Step 2 and when I went to their website I found that this toy was rated one of the top 5 pre-school toys of 2005 by the Today Show! One more thing I want to mention is I did purchase it through this website it says on product info that it usually ships within 2-3 days well it took over a week to ship! It took 2 weeks from date of purchase until it arrived so if you are buying this for an event where you will need it by a certain date I would recommend purchasing it ahead of time.

I dont usually write reviews but this toy is so great that i thought i would.i know that buying a train table is a big purchase and i just wanted to let everyone know that this one is perfect.We just bought ours yesterday and my little guy hasnt stopped playing with it!I love that the tracks are in place.We bought wooden track at first and he just took it apart.Also, it comes with great little cars and a 3 piece train.Another good thing is that if you already have wooden track or want to eventually buy some you can just put the top on the table and set up your wooden track there.Overall this is 5 stars by far-great value, grows with your child, sturdy and fun!

My son who just turned two loves thomas the train and all of the little train table at the toy store. However most of them come apart, pieces will get lost and if the tracks are not in place it sort of defeats the purpose of the table. This table is wonderful for that. The pieces are all together so that it is perfect for the little ones. The table says for 3 and up. I am not sure why. This table is perfect for my two year old. I guess they think a younger child might try to swallow pieces of the little cars/trains that come with it. But my child has been over putting things in his mouth that are not edible for over a year. So I would recommend this table to anyone whos child loves trains and doesn eat small things! The only downfall to this table is putting all the stickers on. It is a PAIN. I am not a perfectionist though so I dont really mind a few bubbles and ripples here and there. (Neither does my son Aiden) Buf if you do, it will drive you nuts. Let my 2 yr old son open a present early this year and it was this one. I'm glad it was early because it was missing the bridges, vehicles and screws for the legs. I should be receiving them from Step 2 in a week or so. The stickers are a little hard to put on and they don't seem like they will stay on long because they seem to be coming off already...after 2 days. I do like this item because my so gets frustrated with interlocking roadways and train tracks when they fall apart. I think all in all this is a great item for toddlers. Even my 7 yr old daughter plays with it.
