Needed this item for Easter for my sixteen month old grandson. Got it in time. But it had a scratch on the back over the words. Didn't have time to send it back and get another. Knowing that it would eventually get scatched anyway, I kept it. However, you expect to receive an item at this price point looking brand new.

My son is very ruff with everything not many toys stand against hes only 18 months old but this rocking chair is excellent. He absolutley loves it he pulls the books out of the rack and has us read to him all the time and when done he actually puts the books back in the rack attached to the chair. He pushes it over and flips it upside down and i still see on scrathes, but it is on carpet, and it top shape. The coloring is beatuiful its really not even purple it more bluish purple but we prefered it so its lovely. Definite recommed to any one with a rough son :)
