Gund Sesame Street Jingle Bells Elmo

Gund Sesame Street Jingle Bells ElmoThis toy is WAY too loud. There is no volume adjustment and the inside is all sealed up so there is no way to lower the volume with the usual "tricks".It is so loud that I seriously worry about my daughter having it so close to her head while it is playing! You could clearly hear this guy from many rooms away!He was a gift and will definitely be put away with the Christmas decorations because I think the excessive volume has to be bad for any Elmo hugging toddler.

My 17 month old son loves this Elmo.I don't find it to be too loud at all.He has a singing Winnie the Pooh and we had a singing (non-scary) skeleton out at Halloween. Both he is frightened of so I was sure he was going to be scared of Elmo, too.Not the case!I pressed Elmo's foot, Elmo started to sing and my son came running over with a huge smile on his face and wanted to hold him. There's just something about Elmo!

This is a great toy for the sale price I paid.Only surprise was the sleigh was a cardboard shape which held the toy but wasn't really usable.Nice size.My Elmo loving toddler grandson loves it!

We bought this for our 2 1/2 year old grand daughter since she enjoys Elmo so much on TV.She recently has begun singing Jingle Bells so it was a natural fit for her.Even though she got this after Christmas she thoroughly enjoyed it.No problems with the singing mechanism. The only problem so far is the never ending Jingle Bell singing!!!

We got this last week for our 15 month old. He is in love with it. I can't say enough about it's ability to entertain. It is sort of loud if Elmo isn't seated when he is singing, since the speaker is in Elmo's rear. But, when he isn't seated while singing, he looks like he is convulsing, and that is distressing to my son. So, we just sit Elmo back up and keep on singing.

If you tire easily of jingle bells, don't get this. I enjoy it, and, if you watch the show, Elmo sings a "jingle bell" tuned song in every episode...
