Mega Bloks Mini Bloks Tub (200)

I am slightly disappointed as the bricks fit very loosely together. Can be frustrating for little ones. Not as sturdy as lego duplo bricks.Overall, the price was right though and they are good enough to build small buildings/walls.Also, don't expect any decoration on the bricks.This set is all solid colored blocks with no decoration and no stickers to put on them.The picture of this product is misleading.

So my wife got the 71 piece Duplo set for our daughter.She loves them, but we needed more pieces.So I thought I was being smart when I saved a few bucks and got these Mega Bloks Minis instead.We also have the giant Mega Blok Maxis, so I figured the Minis couldn't be too bad.What a load of crap these things are.Sure, they aren't as shiny or colorful as Duplos, but the low price makes up for that, right?What really ruined it for me was when we started to play with them.The blocks have a very loose fit and nothing holds.We can build things, but the moment you want to move or lift it off the ground/table, the thing just falls apart.

Having said that, the Mega Bloks Micros are really good.The ironic thing is, Mega Bloks' own Micro blocks fit the Duplos better than they do their very own Mini blocks.Not sure why these guys can big and little blocks perfectly, but screw up so much on these medium sized ones.

Needless to say, this set of 200 blocks is being returned to Amazon while we await the arrival of our boxes of Duplo blocks.

I play for a couple hours every week day with a Carlos Chiu Butterfly paddle.The paddle when new was incredible, the spins and the speed were beyond what any of my opponents have ever seen.As time went on, with constant cleaning using this product, the paddle has remained FAR stickier than any of my opponents more expensive paddles.For a small $20 investment, I would say it's a small price to pay to double the life of your paddle's spin an control, and keep that winning edge ;).

If you have anything from a mid-range recreational paddle to a high-end professional paddle, you will need to clean your paddle's rubber if you care at all about your investment's efficacy (in applying spin to your shots) lasting. The two components that make up this package are a great way of doing just that. Washing your paddle down with water in a sink to remove the dirt, grease, and oil can only do so much, exactly like how rinsing oily peanut-butter stains from a dining plate with merely water is a lost cause. The foam (which does a massively better job than merely water) comes out of the container explosively quickly, so ration it onto your paddle's surfaces with utmost caution. The sponge is also a well-made utensil in doing the needed scrubbing, in addition to its ability to dry your paddle to some extent.

However, the Butterfly Rushawa Table Tennis Racket Care Kit is way overpriced at $21. If you buy the sponge and the foam cleaner separately elsewhere, together the price is $13.50 instead.

This product does exactly what you want it to do.It keeps your rubbers clean and sticky!I play about 4 or 5 times a week and I clean my rubbers once a week and the tackiness returns each time to fresh out of the package tacky!

I use this cleaner before all big table tennis games. It is a cheap alternative to buyingnew rubbers every time you want a stickier paddle. The racket care kit will last you a very long time and it will give you a leg up when playing against friends that have dirty (non sticky) paddles. In additional to cleaning your paddle from time to time I also recommend that you store your paddle in a zip loc plastic bag to avoid the rubber from drying out.

This stuff works well for cleaning paddle rubbers.Really pulls off the grime.Not super sure that it does more than water as regards making the rubber grip the ball better, though.It makes sense that getting the grime and dirt off would make the rubber more efficient than simply wiping with water but I'm not sure lowly recreational players like myself can notice any obvious difference.Still, it's worthwhile to use this every once in a while and maybe use water in between.

Trademark Poker Texas Traveller Table Top & Chip Travel Set

I'll start with the good things:

This poker table top is relatively affordable, and it's definitely portable (it folds up into fourths and fits into a carrying case). It has built-in holders for each player's chips and drink, which is nice.

Now for the bad stuff:

1. The entire table top appears to be made of some sort of thick cardboard or flimsy pasteboard, so it flexes a lot and if anyone is resting their elbows on an unsupported part of the poker table top, it can actually bend and maybe even break.

2. All of the writing on the table (including the big words embossed in the middle) are actually made out of a rubbery raised material, which means cards and even chips are always getting caught up on it instead of sliding smoothly across the felt. This is extremely annoying.

3. The table top folds into quarters, so when you un-fold it, instead of having a smooth and level playing surface, you have a divided surface (not everything lines up exactly level), which also contributes to the whole card sliding problem.

4. No raised border. This means that if you toss a card to someone and it lands just right, it's possible for it to slide right off the edge of the table. This really isn't that big of a deal (if you know how to throw cards), but I thought I should mention it, since a lot of players who use this table are most likely going to be casual players (not professional card dealers).

The tabletop is fine but the 300 chips included are made of very very light weight plastic and are worthless, so don't let the chips influence your purchase.

It's called the Trademark Global Texas Traveller Octagonal Poker Table Top Set, but there is no tabletop it's only poker chips and a case of which neither are octagonal. I even contacted two different sellers apart from the seller I actually purchased of this item after receiving the item without the poker tabletop, and both said that they were only meaning to sell the poker chips and case. I pointed out that in the item description and title of the listings stated clearly "Trademark Global Texas Traveller Octagonal Poker Table Top Set". They blamed Amazon for the incorrect listing, but I suspect others at fault. With this item you'll want to ask about what you're really getting before you buy. And it was far too expensive just for 11.5 oz. chips that are not even made of clay. I'm severely disappointed.

Pros-

Alot came with the table for the price.

It is the right size for a round table.

It came looking brand new no problems with it.

Cons-

It came is green instead of black.

I can see how it could get bent if its on a table that it doesn't fit.

The table top is a little uneven on one part but not much you can do if it folds up.

It is very difficult to find a soft baby photo album that holds more than 6 pictures. This one holds 12 which gives my 1 year old the opportunity to have her own pictures of everyone in the family! The pictures are well protected, though it is easy to bend them. I would have liked the album to be a little bit stiffer, but then I guess it wouldn't be suitable for young babies. I would definitely recommend this product!

I guess I was expecting a bit more then a cute cover and plastic pages inside.The outside is a nice soft plush but inside it is only thick plastic pages to slide pictures into.It is definitely durable, but the kids tend to figure out how to take the pictures out so the pictures still get a bit of wear and tear and I am constantly putting them back into there slots. The kids love this book though! They get to point out Uncles, Aunties and Grandparent's not to mention themselves and their siblings.

This is a great product if you want to teach your child names of members in the family. I bought it for my 16 month old daughter and put pictures of myself (mom), her dad, her grandparents and aunts and made labels with their names and placed them with their corresponding picture. She loved looking at the pictures and carrying the album all over the house since my photo albums are off limits to her. In two weeks, she learned everyone's name and they all got a kick out of her saying there names and/or pointing to their pictures when I said their names. We really enjoyed this product and still do!

I read the reviews of this item and decided to order it.What I found was that the pages for the photos were bubbled as if they had been through exposure to heat.I tried putting photos in but found the plastic stuck to the photos.The combination of the bubbles and the plastic sticking to the photos made the photos difficult to see.

I returned the item.I will continue searching for a product that works better for the purpose of providing photos for my one year old grandson.If you know of one, add it to a review at this site.

As a kid, I was fond of the characters in the series (at least prior to Season 5), but the one character that stuck out the most, was Edward. He is one of my favorite characters because like depicted in the classic series, he is an older and wiser engine, who can also show that even if he's old, he can help be a banker (a term for 'back' engine) pushing heavier trains up Gordon's Hill. I also like the fact that out of all the Thomas products made by Bachmann (at least for the ones that appeared in Season 1), Edward stood out the best because not only does he keep his basis sooo accurate, but also is close to his RWS counterpart that also looks similar in a sense! If anyone is collecting an engine from Bachmann, this character is a good start.

As soon as I received this model from the mail, I was speechless of how accurate this character really is... Definitely like the character shown in the TV series and RWS, runs very well, and pulls a lot of trucks (the UK term for 'cars' or 'wagons') and coaches more than others could have. Lovely model and definitely recommend this character for your Thomas and Friends layout!
